God encourages us saying He will never leave us or forsake us. That’s the message that transformed young Uniekgrace during her trauma and tribulations. This led to the song Never Alone, which was written from God’s angle.
The original version was released in 2021. However due to the global acceptance and various interpretations of it by her audience, the assignment was clear; This is a song that should reach a much wider audience. Thus the REMIX COLLECTION. This 5-tracks collection was carefully curated by producers from different parts of the world; Ethiopia, Germany, Holland, Italy and Belgium.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Billboard charted and multi-award winning singer-songwriter Uniekgrace is not just a music artist but a wife, mother of four lovely children, a registered nurse and a fashionista whose core values are family, culture and faith. Being a typical third-cultured-child, she spent her developing years in Italy, Switzerland, the USA, Nigeria, and Belgium, where she encountered different cultures.
AEF FOUNDATION:
Uniekgrace is also an executive director and board member of Ajijola iya foundation based in Lagos Nigeria; a family owned foundation that started with Uniek Grace’s mother who saw two young girls hawking on the streets of Abuja almost a decade ago. It has become a success story today with a mission to reduce educational inequality amongst the less privileged, undeserved, impoverished but brilliant students in Nigeria.
The foundation works with public schools, providing school materials, scholarships, monthly stipends, accommodation, and follow up on their progress until they hold a degree and placement for jobs in the community.
The foundation recently started a partnership with Villanova Polytechnic in Imesi Ile, osun state of which recently graduated 14 scholars to get their National Diploma, both ND1 and ND2
MUSIC JOURNEY:
Although Uniekgrace is a born worshipper, she is popularly known for her dynamic and energetic gospel tracks in the afrobeat genre; and after six consecutive years of dishing out one afrobeat single after the other, Uniekgrace began her seventh year with a pure worship song. This song, Shammah came after she obeyed the voice of God which told her not to release any self-initiated songs in the year 2023.
Shammah trended for 5 consecutive weeks on audiomack after its release.
With one EP and eight released singles, 2024 birthed MY DELIGHT, HIGHER, followed by INVOLVED featuring Ko’rale. Her focus remains on letting people realise the importance of the presence of God.
The year 2025 took her audience by good surprise when she announced her first headline concert in London, after the release of the visual for her song HIGHER which was well celebrated by her audience through streaming, tiktok videos and spiritual testimonies.
Her headline event was supported with two afrogospel artists in the UK, Andrew Bello and LC beatz. These are indeed exciting times.
To continue keeping her audience entertained, informed and empowered, she released a remix collection of her song NEVER ALONE, followed by a visual to the most streamed version after one week of audio release.
Until the message has gone round the world, NEVER ALONE will keep playing.
