We bring to you a new song “I Am Healed” composed and sang by the Nigerian fast growing songwriter and singer Oleesa Isaac.

“I Am Healed” is a song that was written by Oleesa Isaacfrom his life experience. In the song, Oleesa stresses that the fact that Jesus suffered, was beaten, humiliated and finally paid the ultimate price which was to die for us, then, no sickness, diseases or infirmity can take its toll on us because by Jesus stripes we are healed. This new single is titled I AM HEALED. There are songs you only hear in prayer, in the spirit. This song initially started as a chorus, “Heal me now, heal me now,” I was having a flu one day in school and then my roomies where telling me to go buy drugs or go to the school hospital, I did not have the money to do all of that, I climbed on my bed bent my face down and prayed and then it started, “a cry from my heart, Father, heal me now,” I woke up the next morning with no symptom, no illness, bubbling full of life, and then I knew there was something about a heart cry, this was four years ago, Years of learning and teaching and studying of the word, I realized that we do not need to say ”Heal me now, We only have to declare that we are healed,” because the bible says “By His Stripes we are healed”…Isa 53:5. Isa 53:5 was the scripture that followed me from when I was 8 years old till when I had an appendectomy operation done, it was not diagnosed early, I was being treated for malaria/typhoid by some doctors then, until I was bloated and looking like I was going to die, my pry school teacher, Mr ABA (RIP), kept reading that scripture (Isa 53:5) to me in the hospital and I was taken to another hospital (ST NICHOLAS) and then was diagnosed and God took over from there. People told me that divine healing has ceased, that there is nothing like it, that its not realistic, but that was a lie from the pit of hell, I believed and held on to my faith that as long as God lives, Divine healing is real.

Resurrection Life Gloria Copeland

Truly, it’s time for us to stop looking for the living among the dead. It’s time for us to stop wandering around in the cemetery of sin, sickness and failure and to step into resurrection life!

As a resurrected creature, you’re no accident going somewhere to happen. Your life isn’t just a loose web of events and circumstances. God has specific plans for you.

Maybe He intends for you to have the greatest healing ministry of this century. Or perhaps He wants to turn you into a tremendous preacher. Maybe He has a revelation prepared for you that will enable you to bless the whole world. But you’ll never know what He has in store for you until you put your attention on Him.

That’s why the devil works hard to keep you focusing on the problems of life. That’s why he tries to keep your attention turned away from the living Word of God. He doesn’t want you to know you’re full of the resurrection life of Jesus. In fact, the prospect of it terrifies him.

Why? Because once you truly understand that you have the life of God inside you, you’ll begin to act just like Jesus did. You’ll lay hands on the sick and they’ll recover. You’ll cast out demons. You’ll preach the gospel to every creature.

In short, you’ll be just what God intended you to be. You’ll be the Body of Christ on the earth.

Don’t let Satan bind you with the grave clothes of yesterday’s sin and defeat. You’re not dead anymore. You’ve been raised with Jesus. Come out from the tombs and start living resurrection life!

My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.
If you want a glimpse of some real-life celestial drama, picture this: God the Father sits as Judge of the universe with Jesus Christ at His right hand, who is not only your High Priest, but also your Advocate.

When your accuser, the devil, comes along and says, “You have done this wrong and you have not done that right,” Jesus says, “Father, the devil is right, but My blood has paid for what the devil is accusing him of.”

Then the devil adds, “You have also not been reading the Bible or praying enough. And this morning, you told a lie.”

Again, Jesus will say, “Father, the devil has indeed reported correctly, but My blood has paid for all these failures.”

God the Father will then slam the gavel on the sound block and say, “Case dismissed! Next!”

You need to understand that God can justly declare you innocent and completely righteous because Jesus took your place at the cross, and shed His blood to pay for your sins and condemnation. (2 Corinthians 5:21) God is simply being faithful and just to what Christ has done.

When Jesus rose from the grave, He rose as your Advocate, your lawyer. But unlike most earthly lawyers who take on cases because it serves their interests and wallets, He is a lawyer who is personally interested in your happiness and well-being. Unlike earthly lawyers who are not caught up in the feelings and sufferings of their clients, Jesus went through great sufferings for you and paid with His own life so that you can receive all the blessings of God.

As your Advocate today, Jesus ensures that what He died and suffered to give you, you get! In heaven today, He defends and represents you to ensure that the healing, wholeness, protection and other blessings that He died to give you are enforced in your life. Beloved, have confidence in and rest in the ability of your Advocate!

We cannot love ourselves unless we realize how much God loves us, and if we don’t love ourselves, we cannot love other people. We cannot maintain good, healthy relationships without this foundation of love in our lives.

By the time I met the man I have been married to since 1967, I was desperate for love but did not know how to receive it, even when it was available. My husband, Dave, really did love me, but I found myself constantly deflecting his love due to the way I felt about myself down deep inside. As I entered into a serious and committed relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, I began to learn about God’s love. But it took a long time to fully accept it.

When you feel unlovable, it is hard to get it through your head and down into your heart that God loves you perfectly—even though you are not perfect and never will be as long as you are on the earth.

There is only one thing you can do with a free gift: receive it and be grateful. I urge you to take a step of faith right now and say out loud, “God loves me unconditionally, and I receive His love!” You may have to say it a hundred times a day, like I did for months, before it finally sinks in, but when it does it will be the happiest day of your life.

To know that you are loved by someone you can trust is the best and most comforting feeling in the world. God will not only love you that way, but He will also provide other people who will truly love you. When He does provide, be sure to remain thankful for those people. Having people who genuinely love you is one of the most precious gifts in the world.

Trust in Him: You won’t be able to receive God’s love until you trust Him. Take a step of faith right now and say out loud, “God loves me unconditionally, and I receive His love!” Say it as many times as you need to until you believe it.

YOUR BEST FRIEND
TEXT: Proverbs 18:24: a man has friends must show himself friendly. And there is friend that sticketh closer than brother.
Who is your best friend? Your best friend is not the person you discuss serious issues together, it is not whom you dine and wine together, not the person whom you do everything in common with but your best friend is the friend that brings the best out of you. So the best spouse is the one that brings the best out of his/her spouse. Relationships matter in life and the importance we place on each must not be same. Every other friend is a good friend, but anyone who is bringing the best out of you is very special. Someone who helps you to get closer to God by helping and encouraging you to fulfill the plans of God for your life. Relationship has levels, for instance a relationship that has to do with your destiny, should go beyond social relationship. This is what today’s text is saying “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly. And there is a friend that sticketh closer than brother”. In other words, you may have many friends but there is one you must stick closer to even than your brother. The first yardstick of true friendship for any Christian is our relationship with God. Does his life challenge me to love and serve God better? Or since I have known the fellow is my hunger for the things of the spirit reduced or increased? In Christendom, you cannot just call anyone your best friend if such a person is not adding to your spiritual life. 1Cor 6:14, the bible says “be ye not unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness” If a friend makes you to sin, backslide, and discourages your faith. Then no matter how close you are, he is not your best friend but a playing friend. But if a friend challenges you to get better with God, encourages your faith and brings out the best in you, then that fellow is your best friend. This is what Jesus said when he was told that his mother and brothers were seeking for him. The bible says “:he stretched forth his hand towards his Disciples, and said behold my mother and my brother”. Which means, his mother and brothers were his friends, but his disciples were his best friends, because they helped him to fulfill his destiny.
Confession
Father, thank you for allowing me to identify my best friend, also, help me Lord to be a best friend to someone in life by helping him/her to be closer to you.
