The Blues Head Coach Thomas Tuchel was fired less than 24 hours after the club lost 1-0 to Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League group stage. Though they haven’t being doing well, having lost two of their opening six Premier League fixtures.
The club management said in a statement that Tuchel will have a place in Chelsea’s history after an undisputable Champions League, the Super Cup and Club World Cup win in his time there.

The management also added that it is the right time to make this transition as the the new ownership group reaches 100 days since taking over the club, and as it continues its hard work to take the club forward.
In the mean time, the club’s coaching staff will take charge of the team for training and the preparation of their upcoming matches as they make moves to appoint new head coach.
