Seek the Truth by Joyce Meyer – posted April 02, 2017

The sower sows the Word. The ones along the path are those who have the Word sown [in their hearts], but when they hear, Satan comes at once and [by force] takes away the message which is sown in them.
—Mark 4:14-15

If you hear or study the Word, the devil will immediately attempt to steal it from you. He does not want the Word to take root in your heart and begin to produce good fruit in your life. When you learn the truth, deception is uncovered and you are set free. Satan hates and fears the Word. He will do anything possible to prevent you from learning God’s Word.

The reason Satan works so hard to keep you from the Word is simple: He knows the Word of God is a powerful weapon against him. It assures his defeat! That is why it is imperative that you learn to wield the spiritual sword. Reading, hearing, believing, meditating on, and confessing the Word cancels Satan’s evil plan. Tonight, determine to make the Word of God a priority in your life.

IT IS TIME TO DOUBT YOUR DOUBTS AND BELIEVE YOUR BELIEFS
TEXT: James 1:8: A double minded man is unstable in all his ways (KJV).
A great servant of God, Oral Robots of blessed memory said “one of the vows I made with God is to doubt my doubts and believe my beliefs”. This is serious, making vows about his doubts. Why the vow? Because doubts could be terrible, paralyzes faith and good ideas. It prevents the beauty of God from coming upon the destiny of man. Doubts render the word of God ineffective in our lives. This means that no man can be great in life by being in doubts. Today’s text says “a double minded man is unstable in all his ways”. Doubt robs you of your destiny, it was doubt that kept King Saul and the Israelites from challenging Goliath. If Saul had challenged Goliath, he would have won too because it is the same God of Israel. It was doubt that prevented other Apostles from walking on water. It is doubt that is keeping many people from attempting something great in life. Doubt is simply not believing what God told you, when you are not certain whether God will do what He says. Doubt is when your mind is not fixed on God’s words and promises. James 1:6-7 says “but let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. FOR LET NOT THAT MAN THINK THAT HE SHALL RECEIVE ANYTHING OF THE LORD”. You have given doubt too much space in your life. It’s time you doubt your doubts and believe your beliefs. Instead of believing that you can fail, why don’t you believe that you can succeed? Instead of believing that sickness is incurable, why don’t you believe that by His stripes, you were healed. Doubt your doubts and believe your beliefs by confessing what the word of God says concerning you, and taking practical steps on what God asked you to do. Listen; whatever God asks you to do, He has given you capacity to do it. The bible says “the just shall live by faith”.
Confession
Doubt, you are a spirit, I cast you out today in the name of Jesus. Doubt, you are a liar. I doubt you and believe my beliefs in Jesus name.

YOU ALREADY ARE, YOU ALREADY HAVE

02
Apr
Mark 11:24
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
God’s Word tells us that we can have what we ask for in prayer—by simply believing that we already have it! As you are praying, know that you already have your answer or breakthrough—“believe that you receive them”. The Bible also tells us that we already have whatever we are praying for because we are already blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

And you are in Christ the moment you received Him as your Savior. So when you pray, you are actually releasing your faith to lay hold of what you already have in Christ. And as you keep saying that you already have it (Mark 11:23), you will see the manifestation of it in the natural realm.

In one of our church camps, a church member shared about the back problem she had had for 15 years as a result of a fall from her rooftop. She needed an operation to help stop the shooting pains in her spine. She had also been taking anti-stress pills for five years.

After coming to church, she realized that she had already received her healing through the finished work of Christ. Refusing the operation and even the pills, she would rebuke the pain which kept coming back, saying, “In Jesus, I believe I am healed. I am not trying or going to be healed. I am already healed. I have a brand new backbone for I am in Christ. As Christ is, so am I in this world.” It was not very long before this sister saw the manifestation of her healing.

Sometimes, the symptoms of a sickness or lack may return and you think that you still have not received your blessing. That is the time to release your faith and declare that you already have it. You are not confessing to get it. You are confessing because you already have it in Christ!

My friend, the Bible tells us that Christ is in us. (Colossians 1:27) This means that right now, your healing, wellness, family’s well-being and everything your heart desires are in you. So say, “I have everything I need in Christ right now!”

Thought For The Day

Because Christ is in you, your healing, wellness and family’s well-being are in you right now!

This man in black wanna wrestle me, taking over his premises

His angry with the prophecy, his angry with the promises

Angry with the way i crush his head to the mud authority

His angry cos i live the life that goes beyound mortality

Everyday we live in light, no darkness show his face

Everyday amaze as i gaze in unchanging grace

I’m winning in this battle, Jesus with me in this battle

As my anchor holds his mantle, devil touch me you go craze

I cant deny the fact that his resident in me

As a president in me have got my salvation is for free

Whether high or low the stormy gale am bowling as a king

Cos my hope is built on nothing else but jesus and his righteousness

Jesus is the greatest gift this world has ever seen

He bet His life on Calvary to save us from our sins

His bigger than our tiny thoughts, His bigger than our dream

His bigger than the things to come the world has not yet see

So much bigger than the grieving heart critical emergency

So so bigger than the tiny force that causing insurgency

His so bigger than the pain and the strive, agitation and fight

Separation wants to stop whats meant to be.

He came for those who are lost, came for those who are weak

He came for those who are crushed to side to raise them… high like a brick

He came for those who are willing to take the risk matter how its gonna be

He came for those who are dumb in heart give them power so they can speak

We cant deny the fact that His resident in us

As a president in us we’ve got that salvation in us

Whether high or low the stormy gale we holding to the cross

Cos our hope is built on nothing else but Jesus and his righteousness

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Matthew 6:19-21).
When we place our trust in money, it can vanish and evaporate at a moment’s notice. Instead, we should trust in God, Who is the Source of great wealth. Wealth isn’t always measured in money, which is something many people don’t understand.

Quick to Forgive by Joyce Meyer – posted April 01, 2017

And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted…forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.
—Ephesians 4:32

The Bible teaches us to forgive “readily and freely.” That is God’s standard for us, no matter how we feel about it. We are to be quick to forgive.

According to 1 Peter 5:5, we can clothe ourselves with the character of Jesus Christ, meaning that we can choose to be long-suffering, patient, not easily offended, slow to anger, quick to forgive, and filled with mercy. My definition of “mercy” is to look beyond what is done to me that hurts and discover the reason why it was done. Many times people do things even they don’t understand themselves, but there is always a reason why people behave as they do. Perhaps they are hurting and in their own pain they don’t even realize they are hurting someone else.

God forgives! We are to be merciful and forgiving, just as God in Christ forgives us our wrongdoing. He not only sees what we do that is wrong, but He understands why we did it, and is merciful and long-suffering. The choice to forgive others is ours. God will not force anyone to do it. Even if you don’t understand it, believe that God’s way is the best. It works. He can take what Satan meant to destroy you and turn it for your good.

We are to forgive in order to keep Satan from getting the advantage over us.

TIME TO USE YOUR AUTHORITY

01
Apr
Exodus 14:15–16
And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it…
The problem with the body of Christ today is not that we are not praying. We are praying. But many of us are praying desperate prayers. We are praying, “God, help…God, please…God, do something about my problem!”

If you are smiling a little by now, most likely, you know about such prayers and might have prayed a couple yourself. My friend, God does not want you to pray pleading prayers all the time. He wants you to use the authority He has given you to pray powerful prayers, to boldly command and to “stretch out your hand” and see miracles happen.

When Moses stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s army in hot pursuit, the Bible tells us that he cried out to God. But God told him, “Why do you cry to Me?”

There is a time for you to cry out to God and there is a time for you to use your authority. God told Moses, “Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it.”

The “rod” you have today is the name of Jesus. As you command in Jesus’ name, your “sea” will open and you will go on dry ground through the midst of your problem.

Do you realize that Jesus did not say, “Go and pray for the sick”? He said, “Go and heal the sick.” (Matthew 10:8) So stop pleading and asking all the time, and start using the authority you have in Christ.

Jesus told the church, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore…” (Matthew 28:18–19) My friend, God wants you to go and use the authority that He has given you. And as you go, miracles will flow!

Thought For The Day
When you start using the authority you have in Christ, miracles will flow.
